The building formwork is a temporary supporting structure, which is made according to the design requirements, so that the concrete structure and members are shaped according to the specified position and geometrical dimensions, maintaining their correct position, and bearing the self-weight of the building formwork and the external load acting on it. The purpose of the formwork project is to ensure the quality of concrete works and construction safety, speed up construction progress and reduce engineering costs.
The building formwork structure used for the construction of cast-in-place concrete structures is mainly composed of three parts: panel, support structure and connecting parts. The panel is a bearing plate directly contacting the newly poured concrete; the supporting structure is a temporary structure supporting the panel, the concrete and the construction load, ensuring that the building formwork structure is firmly combined so as not to be deformed or damaged; the connecting piece is the panel and the supporting The structure is connected into an integral fitting.

The raw materials for our products are PP plastic, fiberglass and calcium carbonate.In order to strength the plastic hardness, we add glassfiber in the raw materials, it will make the final products reuse longer time and make the surface to keep flat.

Plastic concrete formwork construction technologyï¼š
1. According to the engineering structure design drawing, the model design of the wall, column, beam and board is respectively carried out, and the specifications and quantity of the required plastic formwork and accessories are calculated.
2. Prepare a special construction plan for the formwork project.
3. Check the stiffness, strength and stability of the template and the bracket.
4. Formulate relevant measures to ensure the quality of the formwork, construction safety and plastic formwork management.
5. Develop the process flow of the mold and the mold removal.

Inspection method of Yaohang Hollow plastic formwork:
1. Flexibility test
Toughness test when the template is bent: Use a forklift to crush the template that is not in the same plane (one side is grounded, one side is placed obliquely), and the template is intact without damage after rebound.
2.Weight capacity detection Use a small round head hammer to slam the smooth surface of the plastic building template and observe the surface depression. Good quality building templates will have depressions, but there will be no cracks.
3.Shrinkage testThe two templates are placed side by side on the wooden board to record the gap distance between the two boards. After two days and two nights, the difference is not more than 3mm*5mm compared with the previously measured data.
4.Nail-holding strength Nail at a distance of 5 mm from the edge of the plate. If there is no crack, this indicates that the quality of the plate is good; after the nail is nailed, observing whether the bonding state of the nail and the template is saturated and tight.
