Selecting monocrystalline diamond as the raw material, the diamond mesh is produced through crushing, purifying and grading. This superhard abrasives have irregular shape and rough surface, which is sharp and wear resistant.

Application Field 

Mainly used in producing resin bond or vitrified bonded grinding tool to process and polish hard alloy and nonmetal workpiece. 

1Resin bond grinding tool such as resin wheels, which is used in the process of hard alloy cutting tools, measuring instruments and -like inserts in tri-cone bits.

2Electroplated tools such as diamond broach files and trepannings, which are used in dressing of hard alloy and difficult-to-grind tool, and nesting processing of optical glass, semiconductors. 

3Diamond modules, which are used in surface treatment of stones, ceramics and floor.
