APPLICATIONS
Sodium Benzoate, as a preferred preservative, is mostly used in food and beverages, such as fruit juices, fruit salads, jellies, cheese, pickles, salad dressings, sauces and condiments, soft drinks, etc. Other uses include pharmaceutical and personal care products, metal corrosion inhibitor, cutting fluids, anti-icing fluid in automotives, mold inhibitor in tobacco industry, plastics ingredients.
