This is the case of ports with minor infrastructure in Asian and African countries. The usage of containers also cooperates for the strategic exportation. While a bulk-carrier berth only in one destined port, the shipment can be dispatched to many locations in one trip, including the possibility that the ship may berth in a port and redistribute the container cargo to other ships with variable destinations.
