Steel pipe internal coating equipment

Steel pipe internal anti-corrosion equipment is mainly used to coat the internal surface of oil, natural gas,chemical material, gas pipelines. The devices are capable of *-layer and *-layer FBE coating. Its anti-corrosion techniques and product performance are in full compliance with APIRP 5L2, SY/T********0 and so on.

Pipe internal pre-heating
 It is used to heat the pipe from *0℃ to *0℃ before blasting, and is used to wipe off water, moisture and greasy dirt on the surface, which can meet the demand of rust removal.
It includes burning gun and electrothermal wind pre-heating. The heating media of burner can be gas and diesel.

Internal blasting device
It casts steel shot and grit to steel pipes internal surface and remove steel pipe surface oxide and form a certain anchor depth on pipe surface, which can improve the adhesion of coating layer.
