Advanced welding technology

    Butt welding is a new step of technology for the welding of ends and body of the inner tank, which can provide better anti-corrosion function. Traditional lap welding may cause crevices and welding oxide which may reduce the corrosion resistance of stainless steel.

All the welding machine of PHNIX are imported from Italy.

 

Leakage and life time testing

   Leakage test is a necessary and basic production procedure of water tank products in PHNIX. Both the exchanger coil and the inner tank of water tank must have a leakage test to insure good sealing.

   Life time testing is fatigue test to test the water tanks’ service life time. Each kind of PHNIX water tanks or new products must have a life time test, which will give customers’ a direct understanding of the water tank.

 

Salt spray test and metallographic analysis

   Salt spray test is to test the water tank products’ salt spray corrosion resistance in the environment of salt, which insured accurate water tank products’ corrosion resistance.

   Metallographic analysis, is a experimental study on metallic materials, PHNIX use the analysis result to guarantee better welding techniques and methods.
