Thechnological features 1. Pyrolysis without breaking: conventional pyrolysis needs to shred waste rubber tires first, but our company can do without this process and thereby save costs of shredders, cutters, power and avoid noise of shredding tobe more competitive in cost. In addition, Our technology can handle large-sized tires which other companies are reluctant to shred because of large tear of shredders or cutters. 2. Oxygen-deficit low-temperature pyrolysis: based on our technology, we adopts continuous-type pyrolysis at low temperatures to avoid dangers incidental to high-temperature operation. Waste rubber tires are disposed in vacuum furnaces without contact with air (oxygen). 3. No secondary useless by-products: Our science can completely generate and separate carbon black, steel wire and pyrolytic fuel oil without any secondary wastes. Some of local factories are unable to do so, leaving econdary wastes, such as steel wire with tar on surface, for disposed of by burial. 4. Disposal of multiple wastes: the techonology allows disposal of different wastes such as solvents, plastic containers, waste oil and oil sludge in a pyrolytic furnace. Our team will dispose of waste rubber products in the first phase. 5. The produced pyrolytic fuel oil for use by heavy industries is especially valuable as international prices of crude oil are on the rise. 6.
