Clamps for Factory Automation Components:   

 

Clamps belong to jig products which fix workpiece by link mechanism, can be widely used in inspection, assembly, machining, welding and various processes.

 

Common types of clamps are horizontal type standard, high-wall type, handle lengthened type, vertical type standard, vertical type with long arm, sliding dual-purpose type, welding type etc. Common materials are: tool steel SS**0 S*5C, stainless steel SUS**4.

 

Clamp feature:

 

Horizontal standard type: Standard low type, two options for installation form.

 

Horizontal high-wall type: suitable for workpiece positioning for higher position without padding.

 

Horizontal handle extended type: extended handle, easy to operate.

 

Vertical standard type: is the main type in car relevant checking fixtures and welding fixtures, big space when it is released, focus on convenience of loading and unloading for workpiece.

 

Vertical long arm type: suitable for a little far distance from workpiece.

 

Vertical double chucks type: clamp two positions one time, can improve operating efficiency and save space.

 

Sliding dual-purpose type: can install handle in any position and angle.

 

Welding Type: assembled clamp, can be made in any welding wall and handle, suitable for all kinds of occasions.
