Soup jacketed kettle is  aslo  called  jacketed  steam kettle, which  is  wildly  used  to boil,soup.cook,stew,porridge in  some  large restaurants ,canteen and hotels. It  is

considered to  be  the  ideal equipment for  food processing  to  improve  work condition, enhance the  product quality and  the  production  efficiency.

 

Sructure

 1.consist of pot body .support leg and other  components.

  2..the pot body is a double-layer structure formed by hemispherical pot  from both inside and outside,middle layer can add  steam and  oil to  heat.

  3.  we have  two type of  this machine,such  as fixed-type and tilting  type
