Advanced Optical Transparent Coating
JXHM**0E*3 is a one-component or two-component advanced optical transparent coating.The coating is with waterproof, acid resistance, alkali and salt resistance, high temperature and low temperature properties, as well as can effectively reduce the loss of light. Application
It is mainly applied to the surface
protection of optical guide, diffuse, automotive lighting,street
lamps, mirrors and aluminized film.
Technical performance index 1. Appearance: clear transparent sticky
liquid
2. Viscosity(*0℃) : ***0~ ***0 mPa. s 3. Solid content(%): *8± 2% 4. pH value: *- 6.5 5. Light transmittance≥*9% Ratio of two-component using Main agent: Curing Agents （*0% Solid content) =

Recommended: main agent and curing agent = *0：1.5 NOTE: One-component *0E*3 without adding curing agent; its strength is slightly less than the two-component *0E*3. Diluent Special formulated diluents; or mixture of butyl
acetate and cyclohexanone (ratio: 1:1)
Collocation method in order Main agent ( *0 parts) + diluent ( 5 parts ~ 7
parts)= and stir completely + curing agent (0 ~ 2 parts) and
stir completely again.
Cautions: 1. Drying time：It should be immediately placed
into the drying tunnel for baking after coating or spraying. 4
levels of increasing temperatures should be used:
It can be dried after
solvent evaporated.
2. Curing time: curing at room temperature for a
week, or baking at **0℃ for 3 hours. It is not necessary to
cure for the one-component coating.
3. Cant be mix with other coatings. 4. To avoid turbidity, please clean up other types of coating, include equipped with plastic tank,plastic buckets and all tools before using the coating. 5. The process ratio in this paper is for reference only. Due to different manufactures are with different technology conditions, raw material conditions and equipment conditions, we recommend that manufactures confirm the pre-tests or consult with us before using.
