Aluminium Melting and holding furnace

The configuration of this melting furnace is as follows:

1.    The type of this melting furnace is regenerative and natural gas reflective. The furnace chamber is circular. The aluminium ingot and scrap are charged from the top with movable top cover. The two furnace doors lifted by motor are mainly for metal mixing and slag removing.

2.    Burning system: This melting furnace uses the advanced PLC automatic control system and the regenerative burner with high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection. The operation, real-time monitor of operating condition, record and gathering of key parameters are through the touch screen.

3.    The melting bath of furnace body uses the grade 1 high alumina brick (AL2O3≥*5%), anti seepage castable and light heat insulating brick etc. The furnace cover is cast with light mullite.

4.    The furnace door is cast with high strength and wear resistant castable.

5.    The material of molten metal exit port is high alumina. The molten metal is released manually. 

6.    The furnace hearth inclines toward the outlet hole. The outlet hole is at the lowest position so that the molten metal can fully flow out.

7.    The launder between the melting furnace and the holding furnace is used for the molten metal to flow from the melting furnace to the holding furnace.
