Components of the whole equipment

1.Reactor

Can be continuously heated for long time with the materials of Q**5R.

Heat preservation effect is good since it&#x***9;s fully covered by thermal insulation.

Safety more: one safety net inside the reactor prevents the raw materials going to accessories and avoiding blocking.

Efficient more: A. spiral plates inside the reactor help to auto-feed and slag;

B. feed port, which is round shape, works with auto-feeder, and therefore helps you feed more raw materials and improve productivity.

Tips: with the separated gear, even it is broken, you only need to change the gear, the maintenance cost is low.

2.Catalyst chamber

This is one key part of the whole unit.

Catalyst is used for catalytic cracking, this process can efficiently reduce the speed of oil gas and purify oil gas, obviously catalyst improve oil quality and oil yield.

Safety more: automatic stream and decompression, much safer and reliable.

3.Negative pressure device

Not only lengthen life of reactor but also guarantee our machine safe by keeping it work under normal pressure and no gas leakage from reactor when feeding.

4.Anti-back fire device

Safety more: stop tail gas going back to reactor and accessories.

Green more and energy saving: recycled tail gas will be sent to furnace fuel, it means you can not only save fuel but also reduce emission.

5.Safety device

Two automatic relief valves, one automatic alarm, both work when the pressure reaches a certain level.

6.Cooling system

No matter the condenser is vertical or horizontal, there are *7 pipes inside it.

7.Auto-feeder

No need to cut tires;

*0 tons hydraulic pressure;

Winding engine in the lower auto-feeder draw the steel wire out from reactor.

8.Oil-water separator

Separate heavy oil and water, purify oil gas with recycling water;

Make heavy oil go into first oil tank.

9.Dust-removal system

Guarantee gaseous emission reach the emission standard.
