Description:

 

Millet flour is a milling product, produced by milling cleaned and prepared millet (Panicum miliaceum).
Consistency of the product is free, liquid, granular and free of lumps.

 

Purpose of use:

 

Millet flour is known for its high magnesium and silicic acid content and is therefore important in nutritional
terms for strengthening hair and fingernails, as well as ameliorating lung diseases and stopping bleeding. It also contains nutritionally significant quantities of iron and phosphorous. It is also rich in cellulose and other fibres, pentoses and vitamins, especially B vitamins and vitamin E. The product is used for food purposes. Heat

treatment is needed.
