Absolutely delicious, firm, thick fillets of tasty mackerel - almost bonelessl. Cooked mine skin side down on a very hot skillet until very crispy, turned over for a couple of minutes further cooking, served with a sweet and sour Asian style sauce made with spring onion, chopped ginger, garlic and a little red chilli, soy, lime juice and a spoon of honey - sprinkled over at the end. Wholegrain rice. Will definitely be ordering again. Only minor downside is the smell from the kitchen next morning!
