Mixing ProcessThe two liquids (typically an aqueous phase (heavy) and an organic phase (light)) enter the CE mixing zone from the feed inlet at the lower part of CE through the feed pump according to the ratio required by the process. The motor drives the mixing structure at high speed to quickly mix and disperse the light and heavy two phases, thus completing the mass transfer process.
Separation Process
The mixed liquid enters the rotor drum under the action of the vortex plate,which quickly rotates synchronously with the rotor drum. Under the action of centrifugal force, the heavy phase (blue) liquid with high density gradually moves away from the center of the rotor drum .The light phase (yellow) liquid with low density gradually moves away from the rotor drum wall and moves toward the center. The clarified two-phase liquid finally enters the collection chamber through its respective weir plate and flows out from the light and heavy phase outlet, completing the two-phase separation process.
