Food Grade Sodium Ascorbic

1) Specifications: USP/BP/EP

2) Steady characteristic, applied for vitamin C supplement to make up for the insufficient vitamin C intake. It serves as antioxidant in food industry
3) Applications: useful for preparations where a readily-soluble and non-acidic source of ascorbic acid is required, also used as an auxiliary in curing ham and sausage
4) Solubility: freely soluble in water, sparingly soluble in alcohol; insoluble in chloroform, ether, relatively stable in air, it will gradually darken on exposure to light
5) Stability: when stored in the original unopened container under recommended storage conditions

Calcium ascorbate:

2) It is applied to pharmaceutical, food and feed industries functioning to maintain
VC activity. It also serves as supplement of calcium
3) Applications: intended used for where ales acidic form of ascorbic acid is desired
4) Solubility: freely soluble in water, sparingly soluble in alcohol; insoluble in
chloroform, ether, fairly stable if protected from high temperature and humidity
5) Stability: when stored in the original unopened container under recommended
