Application: This line is widely used in producing HDPE water /gas supply pipes and double-anti pipes for coal-mining industries.
Now we also do the development and improve our techincal ,then exported the two-layer and three layer PE pipe extrusion line .

HDPE  pipe extrusion line , widely applicable for speedy extrusion of HDPE and PP pipes, is newly-developed by us through absorbing newest Eurothern technology , ,and it features beautiful apperance ,high automation degree and stable extrusion. High efficieny single screw extruder with special seperating structrue; grooved feeding bush for barrel with forced water cooling ; newly-designed spiral diffluence co-extrusion die ensuring convenient adjustment and even extrusion ;unique grooved technics and cold water cooling for calibrator guaranteeing the moulding exactness .
