Product features:
PP/PS thermoforming sheet
PP/PS single-layer, co-extrusion two-color, double-side transparent sheets are used in thermoforming and packing industry.
PP stationery sheet
PP transparent sheet, dull polish sheet (coarse and fine), two-color sheet and some other sheets used in stationery industry.
PP foaming sheet
PP foaming sheet has unique superiority, such as good flexibility, mechanical property, rebound resilience and resistance to deformation. It has a big market in paper file fields and car decoration.
Equipment characteristic：
1、adopt milling type screw with new design and insure the uniform plastify of the material.
2、T-style mould, adjust the thickness of sheet more exactly.
3、Three calender can adopt horizontal type, vetical type and *5°titled type, can adjust by electric or manual, worter temperature control separately.
4、Haul-off machine adopt frequency control, and synchronous operation with main machine.
5、Double station rewinder.
