Sumac: The fruits of the sumac plant are ball-shaped, reddish and sour. After the appropriate drying methods, they mixed with table salt and used as spice.


Thyme: Thyme is an ever-green plant which is used in culinary with bakeries, salads and meats. Also thyme is used in the field of medicine.

Sesame Seeds: Sesame is cultivating in hot regions of Turkey, Asia and Europe. There are lots of seeds in the capsule heads and those are using as spice. To give flavour, these are putting on bagels and muffins.
Sesame is also the main material of the tahini.
