Our organic quinoa from Peru, is grown free of chemical and alien to its nature element. We are certified USDA ORGANIC, BCS OKO, EU, JAS, KOSHER.
We also have: QUINOA FLOUR, QUINOA FLAKES, Precooked Quinoa, Quinoa NOODLES, CAKES Quinoa, Quinoa NECTAR, Quinoa Preccocked.

We can cater containers of White, Red an Black Organic Quinoa, in grains.

 INFORMATION                                        QUINOA

General Properties

Quinoa is a herbaceous plant, known as a cereal course , their high starch content. While botanically belongs to cereals such as wheat , corn or rice. Quinoa is a grain of white or black, red, high in protein.



Quinoa is a food plant of annual development , dicot usually reaches a height of **3 m . The leaves are wider and polymorphs ( different shapes in the same plant ) . The central stem comprising lobed leaves and brittle . The stem branches may or may not , depending on the variety and planting density . The flowers are small and lack petals . Are hermaphroditic and are generally self- fertilized. The fruit is dry and about 2 mm in diameter (**0 to **0 seeds / g ) , surrounding the cup, which is the same color as that of the plant .



The FAO has classified quinoa as a food that has a great future in the global arena , as well as being a source of solutions to the serious problems of human nutrition . The international market for some years shown a marked preference for organic quinoa , of which there is still less than the output demanded . Work continues, export , and has also created a market for organic quinoa , which are accessing Peruvian exports
