The PyroUSB 2.2 Series of infrared pyrometersmeasures temperatures from *5°C to ***0°Caccurately and consistently, with an outstandingresponse time.The selectable 0 to *0 mA or 4 to *0 mA outputis compatible with almost any indicator, controller,recorder, data logger etc. without the need forspecial interfacing or signal conditioning.Models with temperature range *5°C to **0°C, or**0°C to **0°C have *5:1 optics.For models with temperature range **0°C to***0°C, or **0°C to ***0°C, a choice of optics isavailable:PU****2.2 models have *5:1 optics and aresuitable for most target sizes and distances.PU****2.2 models are specially designed for distanttargets and have an optical resolution of *5:1.PUCF*2.2 models are designed for small targetsand measure a spot size of 7.5 mm at **0 mmdistance.All PyroUSB 2.2 Series sensors are fully configurablefrom a PC using the CalexSoft software and USBcable supplied. This user-friendly software enablesthe user to set the temperature range and emissivitysetting, compensate for reflected energy; applyfiltering; select max, min, average or instantaneousreadings; and configure peak or valley holdprocessing. These features can also be monitoredand adjusted by an OPC Client. Other featuresinclude data acquisition, alarms and a scrollinggraphical display.The sensor will operate with either the 4 to *0 mAcable connected, the USB cable connected, orboth. The USB cable has an IP*5 connector at thesensor end. An IP*5 cap protects the sensor whenthe USB cable is not connected.
