Production Process
The steel rollers are made under the process of cutting, welding, turning, static & dynamic balance, CNC precision grinding and surface coating.

Usually the roller has critical requirements on the roundness, straightness, runout, concentricity and cylindricity - that's why final precision grinding process is a must for a qualified steel roller. After turning and grinding the rolls to the right size, it follows a final dynamic balance.

Finally based on your application field and unique requirements, the steel rollers need to be zinc plated, painted, teflon coated, rubber coated, etc.

Packaging
