Yeast features
1.Fast fermentation, simple application for making Steamed bread, steamed
stuffed bun, hotcake, bread and other leavened flour products, rich nutrients.
 
2.It manufactured from selected high activity; high osmotic pressure resistant
yeast strains and is suitable for the production of a variety of bread recipes with
high glucose (*5%) and high oil (*0%).
 
3.It can effectively shorten the dough fermentation time.
 
4. No baking powder and soda to be added for making general leavened flour
products, Sunkeen steamed bread improver is recommended to improve taste,
internal structure, elasticity and skin smooth of flour products and prolong shelf life.
 
5.It makes the bread a good expansion in the oven and meets the expansion
requirements ofdifferent fermentation processes (such as direct dough and
sponge dough method). It makes the bread with good expansion and large volume.
 
6.It makes the products in uniform color, with delicate internal organization
and good taste.
Notice:
Avoid directly mixing the yeast with oil, salt and ice; add oil only after all the other ingredients added and mixed even. Adjust the dough's temperature between ****8 °C.
