Product description：
100bp DNA ladder is a DNA solution stored in 1× Loading Buffer. Consisting of 100 bp,200 bp,300 bp,400 bp, 500 bp,600 bp,700bp,800 bp,900 bp,1000 bp,1200 bp,1500 bp,2000 bp,3000 bp, A total of 14 linear double-stranded DNA fragments are composed, and the band range is suitable for accurate DNA fragment size determination. In the 5μl product, the content of 500 bp and 1200 bp bands is about 120 ng, and the content of other bands is about 50 ng. The product can be stably stored at room temperature during normal use without strip degradation and dispersion. In addition, the DNA bands are clear and sharp, the gel lane background is good, and the brightness is high and uniform.

Matters needing attention
1. This product has been stored in 1× Loading Buffer, can be directly electrophoretic, easy to use, electrophoretic image is clear;
2. The recommended concentration of agarose gel used in this product is about 1.5%;
3. When using agarose gel containing Safe Red DNA Stain for electrophoretic detection, the bromophenol blue strip is electrophoreted to a distance of about 2/3 of the gel length.
 
How to use:
1. Take 5μl DNA Ladder and add it to the sample hole of agarose gel for electrophoresis (if the sample hole is wide, the sample amount can be appropriately increased).
2. It is recommended to arose with 1.2-2.0% Agarose, voltage 5-10 V/cm, 0.5×TBE or 1× TAE buffer electrophoresis. Take care to replace the electrophoresis buffer in time and use the newly prepared gel to achieve the desired results.
3. Stain with cel Red nucleic acid dye (item No. : CR001), or stain with other nucleic acid dyes, and observe the electrophoretic bands under ultraviolet lamps.
