Product introduction 

Medical isolated power system(containing isolation transformer, insulation monitor, special sensor, *4V special power supply and remote alarm terminal) is mainly used in operating room, ICU, CCU and other critical places of hospital.

In the special environment of hospital, leakage current poses a potential danger to the patients. So special and strict requirements are made for electrical safety design, especially in the vitally important places like surgical operating room, ICU, CCU and so on, which all need to be equipped with medical IT power system(also called medical isolated power supply), in order to provide a safe and reliable power supply for the medical appliances within the area and ensure the safety of patients.

All the charged conductors within the protected area of IT power system are isolated from ground to prevent the dangerous current on the line insulation layer from causing micro electric shocks. The insulation monitor must be used with the isolation transformer to continuously surveil the resistance and current between the charged conductor at the secondary side of isolation transformer and earth.
