Phase-shifting rectifier transformer is used in the rectifier of the converter to convert the voltage at the power side to the required voltage and isolate the rectifier from the power grid, reducing the waveform distortions harm to the power network. The multilevel technology of polyphase rectifier circuit and converter is adopted to increase the pulse number of rectifying equipment and improve power factor. Phase-shifting mode includes star angular shifting, meander line shifting, hexagon shifting and triangle shifting. Rectifying pulse number contains 6, *2, *8, *4, *6.
