Annealsys manufactures Rapid Thermal Processing and Chemical Vapor
Deposition systems.
RTP systems, high temperature (***0°C) and high vacuum capability
from *-inch to **0 mm for RTP and RTCVD processes. Applications
include Graphene CVD and selenization.
MOCVD / DLI-ALD systems with direct liquid injection vaporizers for
deposition of metals, oxides, nitrides, carbon nanotubes and III-V
materials. Multi process capability *-inch system: MOCVD, DLI-ALD
and RTP in the same chamber.
LPCVD batch furnace for *-inch wafers.
